We are committed to continuously providing customers with road marking solutions and services that possess high technical content and strong market competitiveness, thereby enhancing traffic safety and convenience for society. Changda clearly states: Changda provides customers with not only high-quality road marking materials, but also comprehensive supporting services throughout the pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale processes. Different regions, different customers, and different road conditions and sections all have different functional and effectiveness needs for road markings. In the future, Changda will place more emphasis on helping customers achieve perfect results, from road marking materials to road marking design and construction. We will also leverage the strength of our partners more to achieve a transformation of the headquarters from production and sales to support services.
I. General Rules
1. With the launch of the "ChangdaMMA Road Marking Pioneer" series of five new products, to improve the application level of reaction-type road markings based on MMA methyl methacrylate, especially the standardization and standardization level of construction operations, effectively solve the practical problems of customers and partners nationwide, promote industry exchanges and cooperation, and further enhance the market share of the MMA series products, Shanxi Changda Traffic Facilities Co., Ltd. will introduce membership management and begin building a construction platform focusing on new product construction.
2. Based on membership management, as an organic component and important supplement to Changda's previously launched "Best Partner Program" for market expansion and product sales, the establishment of this project platform aims to attract, in the form of a club, groups or individuals with experience in MMA and/or other types of two-component road marking construction; on the basis of voluntariness, equality, and mutual benefit, using various technologies, methods, and approaches to establish various cooperation, collaboration, and coordination relationships between Changda and construction teams and among construction teams, pursuing mutual benefit and win-win results.
II. Membership Eligibility
1. ChangdaMMA Excellent Construction Teams (Group Members)
a) Road marking (traffic safety) construction teams in China or abroad
b) Possess road marking project construction experience
c) Receive training from Changda Company on two-component construction
d) Acknowledge Changda Company's business philosophy and development concept
e) Pay an annual membership fee of 2000 yuan
2. ChangdaMMA Gold Medal Operators (Individual Members)
a) Chinese or foreign citizens aged 20 or older
b) Possess outstanding experience in two-component road marking construction (relative to their construction team or region)
c) Have the ability to train and teach others their experience
d) Understand this charter and have good character
III. Benefits of Becoming a Member
1. Information Sharing
Information is wealth, information is resources! Be the "chairman" of information, enjoy the convenience and benefits of the information age!
Changda Company will strengthen the construction of its website, making it an important platform for information sharing and communication between Changda and all sectors. The website will regularly update and improve information on products, business, training videos, sample cases, and design schemes. We will also use instant messaging tools, email, and online communities for communication. In particular, we will provide referral services for idle equipment and construction teams to member units.
2. Skills Enhancement
High technology means high wages! High skills mean high income!
Changda will fully improve the training system for construction teams and personnel, strengthen the replication of skills and Changda culture, improve the construction level and value-added service capabilities of teams and personnel; and pursue common development and growth with peers and customers, promoting the application of two-component road markings and the development of China's road marking industry.
Training methods include headquarters training and local training.
2.1 Headquarters Training
Headquarters training refers to training conducted at Changda Company. Changda regularly invites some members for training each year according to a plan. Members can also apply to attend training at Changda headquarters as needed, but they need to bear certain costs.
2.2 Local Training
Local training mainly refers to training conducted at a concentrated location or construction site in a region. One type is training support provided by Changda Company based on regulations or routine visits, and the other is based on training applications submitted by members.
3. Benefit Sharing
The booming period of the two-component road marking market is approaching, and the potential market size and potential for generating additional income cannot be underestimated! Changda Company will launch business benefits and resource sharing with member units based on a cooperation model and provide comprehensive price discounts on road marking equipment for member units.
4. Peer Exchange
Regular and irregular interactions to increase opportunities for communication, understanding, and cooperation among peers, opening up business opportunities!
IV. Membership Procedures
(1) Fill out an application form and attach copies of ID cards or business licenses, photos, and other relevant documents;
(2) Approval by the board of directors;
(3) Approved for membership, signing of membership contract, payment of membership fee and deposit;
(4) Issuance of membership certificate/card, becoming a formal member.
V. Membership Management
1. Basic Rights of Members
(1) Members enjoy the rights stipulated in the membership contract and this charter;
(2) Enjoy information, activities, and various value-added services provided by Changda Company;
(3) Have the right to supervise, suggest, and criticize club management;
(4) Have the power to transfer membership (generally not allowed to withdraw, only transferable)
2. Basic Obligations of Members
(1) Strictly abide by relevant national laws, regulations, and club rules and regulations;
(2) Pay the prescribed annual management fees and other relevant fees on time;
(3) Abide by this charter and the membership contract, and accept the club's daily management and supervision;
3. Membership Transfer
(1) Members can only transfer their membership after holding it for 18 months;
(2) A written application must be submitted jointly by the original member and the new member, and the transfer procedures will be handled after approval by the board of directors;
4. If a member commits the following offenses, the board of directors has the right to expel or suspend the member for a period of time, according to the board's resolution:
(1) Violation of club rules or national laws;
(2) Damaging the club's reputation or disrupting club order;
(3) Delaying the payment of annual fees or other fees, and failure to fulfill the payment after a written warning of 3 months;
(4) Engaging in conduct that the board of directors deems punishable.
The membership certificate/card will be revoked for expelled members, and the deposit, membership fee, etc. will not be refunded.
VI. Board of Directors
1. The club establishes a board of directors, which serves as a consulting, deliberative, and supervisory body for the club. The board of directors has a term of 2 years, holding 2 board meetings per year. Special meetings can be convened if necessary.
2. The board of directors consists of one chairman and one vice chairman, and one secretary-general. Honorary chairmen and honorary directors may be appointed as needed. Among them, the (vice) chairman is elected by all members or member representatives, and the secretary-general is appointed by Shanxi Changda Traffic Facilities Co., Ltd. and is responsible for the club's daily management and communication and coordination.
3. Qualifications of the Board of Directors:
(1) Review and approve the club's various rules and regulations
(2) Review and approve applications for membership or transfer
(3) Review the club's management plan, work report, financial report, and charging standards
(4) Decide on other major matters
4. Ordinary resolutions of the board of directors are passed by a simple majority, and special resolutions are passed by a two-thirds majority.
VII. Supplementary Provisions
1. Members should be familiar with and abide by this charter and various rules and regulations.
2. Matters not covered in this charter will be addressed in future rules and regulations.
3. The right to interpret this charter belongs to Shanxi Changda Traffic Facilities Co., Ltd.
