1. What products does Changda have?

4. Why does Changda MMA anti-fouling road marking paint have good anti-fouling properties, while traditional thermoplastic road marking paint has poor anti-fouling ability?
First, MMA resin is an irreversible resin, and the markings are formed by a chemical reaction. After the chemical reaction, it is no longer affected by temperature changes. It will not crack at low temperatures, nor will it soften at high temperatures. It does not adhere to dust like thermoplastic road markings; secondly, the marking paint material is fine and dense, and the markings are highly dense after film formation, making it difficult for dust to penetrate into the marking coating;
Second, during the construction of anti-fouling markings, since the construction area is an urban road, urban roads generally have better lighting, and the marking reflectivity indicators can be weakened. During the daytime, the anti-fouling markings are a clean white line. At night, because no glass beads are sprinkled on the marking surface, the marking surface reflects light from car lights and street lights like a mirror, effectively separating the lanes.
Thermoplastic road marking paint uses C5 petroleum resin, which is a thermoplastic resin with reversibility. This means that the thermoplastic road markings are heated and melted, then constructed onto the road surface, and solidify after cooling. However, in summer, when the temperature is high, it easily softens again. When softened, the markings easily have dust and other debris pressed into them by external forces such as cars, polluting the markings; In addition, thermoplastic markings are relatively rough, and it is difficult to clean impurities that penetrate into the markings. The problems of thermoplastic markings are particularly evident in the north; even in the south, where there is sufficient rain, although the anti-fouling effect is better than in the north, these problems still exist.
5. How does Changda MMA high-reflective road marking paint achieve high reflectivity?
First, Changda MMA Road Marking Pioneer high-brightness road marking paint uses imported German MMA resin as the main raw material. The marking film formation is chemically cured, and during the reaction, the glass beads sprinkled on the marking surface are firmly solidified into the marking as a filler, achieving long-lasting firm adhesion to the glass beads;

While enhancing the overall strength of the marking, it can also effectively ensure that the surface-scattered glass beads will not be scraped off by external forces such as graders and snow plows, thus enabling the marking to reflect light efficiently for a long time.
6. Why is the adhesion of ChangdaMMA series products better?
ChangdaMMA series products have good adhesion and good adhesion on different materials road surfaces, mainly through two aspects:
First, strong penetration: The product is made of Evonik special resin, and the molecular weight of a single component is very small, with strong physical permeability (like scattering many "nails" on the road surface).

7. What is the difference between ChangdaMMA colored pavement antiskid coating and epoxy resin antiskid marking?
(1) Epoxy resin type:
Advantages: Low price
Disadvantages:
a. Cracks: Cracks may appear soon after construction, especially on newly constructed asphalt pavements.
b. Discoloration: Epoxy resin has poor weather resistance and yellowing reaction. With the passage of time, no matter what color it is adjusted to at the beginning, it will turn yellow after a period of time. This is a universal problem.
c. Powdering: Another defect of epoxy resin itself is poor powdering resistance. After a short time, powdering and falling off will occur, and the falling off phenomenon will be more serious after more than 1.5 to 2 years.
d. Long curing time: The curing time is related to the temperature. When the temperature is higher than 30 degrees in summer, it is generally about 20 minutes, and when the temperature is lower than 10 degrees, it may reach more than 8 hours.
(2) MMA reactive acrylic type:
Advantages: It basically does not have the disadvantages of epoxy resin, such as cracks, discoloration and powdering. The main reason is that the resin has certain flexibility after reaction, and it is as consistent as possible with the flexibility of the asphalt pavement, so the crack problem is solved. The curing time is basically about 2 hours.
Disadvantages: High price
8. Why is the price of ChangdaMMA products higher than that of other manufacturers?
First: It uses imported MMA resin produced by Evonik in Germany. At present, only two companies in China use this imported resin, one is Hepu Chemical, and the other is Changda. Other domestic companies are self-synthesized. Due to the large difference in raw materials, the price of finished products is also large;
Second: During construction, attention is paid to the cleaning of marking lines and the construction of special primers. Units with low bids will omit these two steps, especially the cost of special primers is 4-5 yuan / square meter;
Third: The thickness of the marking film is low. In low-price construction, it is only 0.4mm or even thinner. In this way, the coating may be reduced by 0.2mm per square meter compared with the required 0.6mm, and the material can be saved by about 0.4kg, which reduces the unit price by about 10 yuan.
