According to the “Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Launching the Specialized and Specialized “Little Giant” Enterprise Cultivation Work” (CIC Letter  No. 381), through local recommendation, expert review and social disclosure procedures 248 enterprises including Shanxi Changda Traffic Facilities Co., Ltd., Beijing Judi Technology Co., Ltd., Ruipu (Tianjin) Biological Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Tangshan Hexiang Electromechanical Co., Ltd. were identified as the first batch of specializations. The "Giant" enterprise (listed in the attachment) is hereby announced.
1.Specialized and special "Little Giant" enterprises should continue to focus on market segmentation, focus on the main business, continuously improve their innovation capabilities, enhance their core competitiveness, and play a demonstration role in improving business management, improving product quality, and achieving innovative development. .
2.The competent departments of small and medium-sized enterprises should formulate a special evaluation system based on actual research, establish a dynamic enterprise database, do a good job in the cultivation and identification of provincial-level “specialized and special” small and medium-sized enterprises, and continuously increase the specialization and specialization. The cultivation and support of “Little Giant” enterprises and provincial “specialized and special” treatment. It is necessary to earnestly perform its duties, and to provide follow-up services and supervision and guidance to the special "new giant" enterprises in the jurisdiction. For enterprises that have false declarations or violations of laws and regulations, once they have been verified, they will immediately revoke the title of “Little Giant” enterprise.
