热熔型道路标线涂料常见问题(二)

一、涂层表面污染。一般来说,天气、施工等外在因素和热熔涂料本身的性质等内在因素都会影响涂层表面的污染程度。热熔标线涂料的主要成分为C5石油树脂,是一种热塑性物质。当气温过高时,涂层容易变软,表面的黏性增加,容易吸附空气中的灰尘、汽车尾气等造成涂层表面被污染。同时,当热熔标线处于道路交叉、停靠等车辆起步、刹车、掉头频繁的地段,更容易被污染变黑。二、裂纹。热熔型道路标线的涂层出现裂纹现象是不可避免的。

作为一个有经验的标线人都知道,在热熔标线施划中,经常会出现泡,大的如大豆,小的如芝麻,此类标线虽不影响使用寿命,但仔细看,美观度大打折扣,实在大煞风景。那么气泡产生的原因有哪些呢?一路面间隙的空=授热产生。当涂料料温加热到200C左右时涂布于路面形成标线的过程中,需经过干燥3-8min,在这期间路面间隙里的空授热膨胀往上顶。这就是气泡产生的原因之一。二、地面潮湿产生。潮湿路面里的水分会受热蒸发产生
